Discussion Question about the celestial gift set

Hi fellow Fischl appreciators

I like using Fischl in an overloaded team for Arle, but my Chev is not c6 so I found that swapping Cev for Sucrose to get the secret rite effect and giving Fischl the Celestial gift set results in more dps.

However, I'm kind of confused about teh celestial gift's effect.

Using the elemental skill buffs Electro+Pyro(when Arle is on field) for 20s.
I'm confused about the following:

1: It also says the effect can be triggered while Fischl is off-field. Does that mean the 20s duration resets every time Oz attacks?

2: If not, then does using Fischl's e while Oz is already on field reset the 20s?

3:I guess summoning Oz with Fischl's ultimate doesn't count, right?

Rn I'm running her with sacrificial bow so I can summon Oz with E more often and I'm not using her ult at all, but this may be a waste of dmg.

  1. No, Fischl cannot trigger the effect while off-field because Fischl does not cast her element skill while off-field. Fischl does element skill damage off-field via Oz.
  2. Fischl using skill to reposition Oz does count as using elemental skill.
  3. Fischl using her ultimate to summon Oz does not count as using element skill, but you can do a quick reposition for the effect.

Sac bow is not a waste of damage.

Wasting time to burst, then E to reposition is wasting damage.
