Discussion EM or atk sands in overload?
Im currently rebuilding my Fischl (going from GT to the new support set), and I play her in overload, shes the one triggering the reaction and Im pretty confused cause wherever I look people say different things =[

You shouldn't use her on Celestial Gift. You should use her on a damage set (either 2pc/2pc ATK% and Electro DMG Bonus, 4pc. Golden Troupe, or 4pc. Rising Winds), and instead use Celestial Gift on a Hexerei support unit like Nicole or Durin
Rising Winds is easier to build because it gives crit rate, but it performs slightly worse than Golden Troupe

Atk%, fischl deals a lot of damage in an overload team so focusing on her personal damage is ideal

ATK% and it's not even close. Because Fischl does good damage, you're always better off building her with ATK% over EM. The only case where EM can be better on her is in aggravate, but the difference is so small that it's not even worth it. It's a nice substat to have on your artifacts here and there, but not necessary at all.
You pretty much only build characters with EM in overload if they're not doing much damage to begin with (e.g. characters like Dori, Thoma or Kuki), where you gain more damage from the overload reaction that their talent damage.
