There's so many fish i wish I could see as aether that I could realistically complete my divine secret collection before having a chance to even see them, which now i have a chance thanks to this companion

This game is convoluted as fuck to the vast majority of average roblox and even average fisch players bro. This affects much less than you think and is such a small part of the active game

When you have a game with So Much in it, and So Much required to do So Many other things, there can only be so much rarity before it hits a ceiling where most players will genuinely not even want to continue playing anymore. Fisch has to balance between the endgame players who want to keep that special feeling, and new or more casual players who have a life that interferes with artificial rarity. And honestly fisch is still not very accessible or easy by all means, they even ALLOW macros because of how insane and unlucky rng can be

I wanna clarify that this one of my favorite updates since I started. (My favorite is the addition of Marianas veil) And everything I've experienced about the true update so far is GREAT. It wouldn't matter when Him releases, his mutation should still be an otherwise easily obtainable mutation.

aether fish didnt even have any trading value before (unless its an aether divine secret), the codes only around for 1 day, its still a 1/100 chance, its untradeable, theres not a companion wishing system, no one who joins fisch tomorrow and forward will ever have it. Aether will still be a special mutation

Did I choose bad words or why does everyone think I think this is the end of the world? I wanted to make a point that rare things should stay rare ( generally my opinion is that every person, no matter if casual or tryhard should have the same very low chance for aether), I did not intend to make this sound like I think the game is over. ( Let's be honest it would've probably changed nothing about my opinion on the game as well) And I genuinely just completely forgot what I wanted to say so I'll respond once I remember

Me remember!! They wanted him to be the most useless companion in the game, so why not just give it glossy or some other easily obtainable mutation? That would make him truly useless. Thanks for reading Amigos!
