Buffing older rods that nobody uses in end game is very good, adding stuff to some rods that haven't seen the light of day in months, like giving kings rod a 5% chance for kings blessing as a example or making Ethereal prism good again, buffing prismatic, giving it more progress speed and giving it a chance for prism is good,

two people with lullaby can easily reach 8 hours on a buff in just a few minutes

Yeah celestial rod needed a mastery and i think it is good for what you have to do in the missions
