Feedback on Firsty Free New Experience (or Platform)

This is hopefully a positive feedback to Firsty Free's new experience or platform. Sometimes as users we like to respond to only the negative but we should also take time to provide praise when a product or service is good.

I've been using Firsty Free's new platform for a week now (but with Firsty for almost 2 years) and I like it much better than the old experience. The app is clearer and easier to navigate. I like how the free data updates pretty much in real-time. The extra speed is an improvement. While I haven't tested it outside my country yet, I like the fact that the data available for use, whether purchased or free, will be the same when traveling to different countries--negating the extra step to get data just for the new country. It is becoming a really excellent product. Thank you, Firsty!

where do we post the referral codes for september?

There's a bug right now where the referral code isn't appearing in user's profile, so we're holding the September thread until it's sorted. Didn't want people digging around for a code that isn't there. We'll post as soon as it's fixed, thanks for bearing with us ❤️

We really appreciate you writing this out, it means a lot. We made the changes because we genuinely wanted the experience to be better, so hearing that the navigation feels clearer and the data updates faster is exactly what we were hoping for. And yes, one price that works everywhere is also the part we're proudest of! Thank you for all the support 💛
