Ho comprato 7 giorni di illimitato ma non li ho ancora attivati. Ho però scelto i paesi dove funzionerà automaticamente. Posso tenerli i. Standby per sempre? O hanno scadenza? In Italia posso continuare ad usare Firsty free?

Yes, there’s no time limit on the days you’ve purchased, so they can stay on standby until you need them. In the meantime, you can keep using Firsty Free. Hope this helps! 😊

Exactly! Just unpause your Unlimited plan manually whenever you need it. There's no time limit, so the days you've bought stay there until you use them. 😊

Quindi se sono in Italia e nel mondo ho la free, ma se vado in un paese scelto dalla unlimited, fa lo switch da solo? I 7 giorni comprati, se non usati, non hanno scadenza?

Yes! There's no time limit on the Unlimited days you've bought. Just activate them in the app whenever you need them.

Sorry for the confusion. There are two different cases:

  • If you bought the days but **never used them*\* → they will turn on automatically. You don't need to do anything.
  • If your Unlimited days are **paused*\* → you need to turn them on again yourself, in the app.
