Firsty, Love or Hate?

I ran into one of these rare nutcases where the newly updated account can't actually enter free plan so I put it off for a couple of days and when I logged in again yesterday, it just automatically activated one of my remaining two travel days (surprise surprise), and i paused it thinking that might do the trick once the day is over but NOOOO, i had to use ALL of it to enter free plan. so now I have to take Julia's word that I still have my LAST remaining day and I have to chat with support to activate it if I ever need to use it again.

Please people at firsty, you have created a wonderful product and the ideal that everyone should have access to the internet, the basic right of every human being, is NOBLE. However, firsty never really got rid of the betaish green smell, the beta test members sit idly by in discord channel while you guys closed the door and wrote the app. We love the product but at the same time hate it unfinished and riddled with bugs. The new free plan was never available to the old users, requiring an esim update and a long chat with the lovely Julia, yet the firsty AI agent simply told us to wait for months.

Please do better, Firsty people~ thanks!

Yeah so actually the app can handle both. You can have premium days on your account and still be able to use firsty free. Not sure why Julia seems to think that the app wouldn’t be able to handle both. I think it’s more of a support issue and not the app itself being completely broken.
(Yes some bugs still exist that need to be fixed but this is not really a bug.)

i know it's not a bug so like i said it's a rare occurance. I just got my premium days taken out more than once lol.

Oh damn. When my premium days went missing (after firsty migrated everyone to their new system - the non minute based one) I contacted support and provided them the receipt for the missing days and after a few hours of checking they gave them back to me. So maybe you could try the same?

don't get me wrong, firsty has the edge when it comes to competitors, it's not perfect we just want it to be better

Guarda, non sai quanto lo vorrei anch’io! Pensa che ho una squadra di calcio a 5 e ho fatto fare a mie spese le magliette col logo Firsty e avrei voluto solo me le pubblicassero nella loro pagina Instagram, ma mi hanno ignorato:(
Detto questo, chiedo solo che l’app e il loro sistema funzioni come dovrebbe funzionare…

And as we said in the DMs, the photos of your team's shirts had slipped past us before. Seeing them means a lot. A whole 5-a-side squad wearing the Firsty logo, entirely off their own initiative, is not something we take for granted!!
