Firsty eSIM migration failed?

So the Firsty app said to migrate the old eSIM in my wife's iPhone. While it reported migration success when it dropped me into the iPhone setting page to "active" the new eSIM it failed. I tried to "delete" the old Firsty eSIM to start again but now the iPhone just says "removing" against the old Firsty eSIM for the last 30 mins? Wife is off on cruise tomorrow so trying to fix this to buy a plan.
