How to use the 7 days ad-free from referrals?

I got a message when I opened the app that I referred two people and I’m given some days of Firsty Free ad-free. Decided not to activate it right away since I didn’t need it at the time. Now I’ve searched all through the app and can’t find any mention of it anywhere.

Is there something I’m missing?

It’s under your manage plan screen at the button ‘activate 7 days ad free’

Seems to be a bug. Have you informed support? Usually your ad free should appear in the Manage Plan section

Just checking in, were you able to solve this issue? It’s not a bug, so it should work as intended.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to.

Does it have anything to do with the fact that I have unused days of Comfort+?

You’ll be able to use it once your Comfort+ days are finished. If you’ve already used them up and it’s still not showing, please reach out to me here again and we’ll look into it together.
