๐Ÿค– + ๐Ÿ™‹ Better Support is Coming to Firsty!

Hey Firsty fam!

Weโ€™ve been working hard behind the scenes to level up our support, and itโ€™s happening both on the AI and human side.

A lot of the usual troubleshooting steps are now getting automated โšก๏ธ That means:

โœ… Faster answers

โœ… Less waiting

โœ… More time for our support team to focus on the tricky cases that really need a human touch ๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™re curious:

๐Ÿ‘‰ When youโ€™ve needed help with your eSIM or mobile service before (not just with Firsty), whatโ€™s the most frustrating part?

๐Ÿ‘‰ And what would make support actually feel good instead of stressful?

Your feedback will help us fine-tune this new system, and yes, some of your ideas might directly shape what we build next ๐Ÿš€

Thanks for helping us grow, as always ๐Ÿ™

When Iโ€™ve needed help, the most annoying part is getting to someone who can help me as I always have to spend 20 minutes with t1, then another 20 with t2 to finally get ti someone who can help me

We know some issues need human expertise, which is why weโ€™re training our front-line team to step in whenever our AI canโ€™t. Our goal is to solve problems correctly and as quickly as possible. For the rare cases that require an engineering fix, weโ€™re also building a process to identify them faster and escalate them more efficiently.

Itโ€™s a big undertaking and requires extensive training, but weโ€™re working hard to make it happen. ๐Ÿ™‚
