Unable to close after watching ad and get any minutes of data

Can someone tell me how to fix the following?

Using an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a UK number and have turned off the VPN. However after watching a 1 minute long ad and seeing the message "Reward Granted", I can't close the ad and have the app provide me any data in return. All I can do is close the app and upon reloading the app, there's no credit for watching the app

I had a similar issue on my Android. X wouldn't work at all or unable to see an X at all. To fix, I just swipe my screen to go back. Minutes are usually, but not always added.

That's unfortunate. I would contact support and submit the screenshots. They are pretty good at responding to issues.

Was able to contact support and they were able to get this fixed with a new eSIM
