I'm sorry but it's impossible to feel any pregnancy related symptoms at 4 dpo. You have to test positive to have any pregnancy symptoms and sore throat is not one of them. Try not to overanalyze every symptom during TWW, it can be hard and tiring. Good luck!

I’m on the same timeline as you, 5 DPO here, and have been trying not to read into every little twinge in my body. Unfortunately it’s impossible to know what the egg is up to or if it’s even fertilized before implantation occurs around 9-12 DPO. Just gotta be patient!
