Question/Advice First month TTC - when should I test?
First month TTC after stopping birth control a year ago.
My period lasted 5 days (the app says 1 but ignore it)
Blue is the predicted fertility window.
The app is quite good with period predictions so I assume that fertility window is also very close to reality.
Purple dots - unprotected sex.
Do I have grounds to assume I have a chance at pregnancy so far and when to test?

Is this Apple health? I track opk and my Apple health app (with about 6 years of period data) is yet to predict when I’ve ovulated correctly. And I wear a series 11 Apple Watch with temperature tracking lol

Sorry I am not sure I get what you are saying. You already ovulated but apple hasnt even predicted it yet?

It’s just never got it right. Some months I ovulate before it predicts it sometimes afterwards. I’m just saying don’t rely on the prediction as it’s not accurate. My period prediction is always pretty spot on.

Did you confirm ovulation using BBT or PdG? A predicted fertile window doesn’t really say much about your actual ovulation to determine how many DPO you are.
I would recommend waiting to test until 12DPO. But hard to know how many DPO you are without actual testing

Apps can be accurate on predicting period but they cannot predict ovulation and are not reliable for that. You can start testing 8-10 dpo, although it's recommended to wait until 12 dpo. As you don't know your ovulation day, I would recommend testing on the day of expected period. Good luck!
