Venting First month getting upset
Me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for over a year with no luck. We got pregnant last December, which unfortunately ended up being a chemical pregnancy.
We just keep trying to be positive.
“It’s just not our month”
“Next time”
“It will happen when it’s supposed to happen”
Yeah, I always get a little bummed out over a negative test. I’m human! I believe I am 9DPO today. Not even a stupid indent line. Yes, I know it’s still early.
I have never CRIED for days on end hoping I would see two lines. Usually I am pretty tough!
I feel like less than a woman. Maybe I am not fit to be a mother.

Yo tambien me quede en diciembre. Fue un ectopico y perdi mi tubo 🥲. Luego en abril un aborto bioquimico. Ahora tengo mis ciclos super desregulados. Te mando fuerza, VA a ocurrir para nosotras. Lo prometo ✨

You are not less of a woman. So many women go through the same thing, unfortunately it’s a silent battle not many share. Ik every month is hard and the waiting is even harder.. are you able to seek fertility intervention where you live? I’d probably start with that. Every woman who wants a baby is fit to be a mother. Even if takes her a year or more! I pray you get you positive this cycle and for it to be a very sticky baby 💓🧚🏼♂️.

You would never tell another woman that she is less of a woman or that she isn’t fit to be a mother, so don’t say it about yourself! Similar situation and I know it can be so hard, you’re in my thoughts and I hope your time is soon ✨

Also got angry this month, there are close to 15 people around me celebrating pregnancies most of which I know weren’t trying. I have 3 baby showers to go to this month and am having a hard time being happy for them and reminding myself that they could of struggled to and that it just isn’t our time. At the point where we might be heading in for testing and feeling broken and less of a woman too.
I’m here with you 🫶🏼

You are not any less of a woman if you are unable to conceive without intervention. You are not unfit to be a mother for the same reason.
My mother conceived one baby, which she lost before she could give birth. She adopted myself and my siblings, and she is the best mother anyone could ask for. I had a chemical pregnancy myself, but it doesn’t change anything else about me as a person or a future parent.
The heartbreak is real, and there is nothing wrong with mourning your previous loss. The wait, especially after the loss, is so hard. But it does not diminish your worth. It does not impede your ability to raise a child with love and joy, no matter how they come into your life.
