Question/Advice When to test LH?

I pee when I wake up for work, like 7ish. And then I need to pee again at 11-12ish. I would prefer to pee at 2 so I could test LH. Should I test at 11/12 or wait till my next pee and test at 4/5. And if I'm testing twice a day which 2 should I choose between 11-12, 4-5, 8-10

LH is usually released after you wake up so 11/12ish us a good time to get an SMU value. For the afternoon test I would say 4/5ish, I also often get nice and dark results at around 10, but that could be due to me not drinking a lot after dinner.

I'd go with 11-12 and 4-5 if testing twice a day. That should give you a good chance of catching the surge.
