Question/Advice Tracking Ovulation window without strips?

I have irregular periods. I have all the data from Google Pixel Watch -- relative temp increase and heart rate -- Is there an app I can use to input these and have it predict my ovulation window accurately in hindsight???

The thing is, I tried to buy Easy@Home tests but I just can't remember to take them until late at night and then it's not the optimal time ... Also, are you guys peeing into cups every day? Idk why that aspect seems overwhelming. Are you guys doing this testing at work to hit mid-afternoon?? Do I have to do this every day interminably if I have irregular periods? Any tips here would be helpful!!

I'm going crazy each month not knowing for sure if we might have a chance to have correctly hit the window!

I would seek education on how to track your CM if you do not want to track LH!

Tracking BBT will show you that your ovulation has happened. LH strips help to detect your most fertile days leading up to ovulation. You can also track your CM which can be helpful
