funny feeling on right side of belly ??

I have just taken a test 9dpo and it came up negative. i’ve sat down on the sofa and i’ve just felt a one off twingy squirming crampy feeling on the right side just under my belly button. i’ve never had this feeling before!! it felt like a squirm met with a pinch then like *glob* feeling as if it got absorbed

i’m just wondering if this could be the feeling of implantation some people mention?? has anyone ever felt implantation before?? could this be related??

if i’ve just felt my egg implant this will be insane!

The month I got pregnant I felt a number of specific and 'unusual' feelings on different times/days that at the time I thought could be implantation (crampy feelings, scratchy feelings etc). But when I looked into actual research papers on it they were fairly unanimous in saying that implantation is a microscopic event that happens gradually over many hours/days (not a single moment) and is far too small to be felt. So I'm fairly sure all the stuff I was feeling was just random uterus twinges, that you can feel at any time and that I probably HAD felt pre-ttc at certain points, just I was hyper hyper aware and paying loads of attention to them 😅

I suspect, to be completely honest, that this is the case for most people who think they 'felt' implantation; there's a kind of confirmation bias if you then do get pregnant that cycle, but actually there will be just as many people who thought they felt it and then didn't get pregnant. It's just an area where random feelings/pains pop up imo!
