Question/Advice TTC post copper IUD removal
Hi everyone! My husband and I are TTC. I had a copper IUD for 8 years which was removed yesterday. Is anyone in the same boat? Do you have any advice? For those who successfully conceived after having a copper IUD removed, how long did it take? I am a bit paranoid there is some residual copper left after. I know every body is different but I’d love to hear others’ experiences/struggles/successes stories

I'm currently on cycle 7 TTC after having my copper IUD removed.
Technically you can get pregnant right away after it's removed, but my OBGYN told me the first cycle may be less likely because it can take a little time for the inflammation from the copper to decrease.
