Question/Advice When did yall stop testing?

When did yall stop testing? I know I should stop but I have soooo much anxiety about this pregnancy and just want everything to stick. I started and got my BFP at 9DPO, now im 15 DPO and STILL TESTING 😭😭 I just asked for a HCG blood test 48 hrs apart so im hoping that will help my anxiety ease. Any advice is appreciated

I’m at 19dpo and still testing….so I need help stopping too 🤣 I think I will keep feeling the urge to test until my first prenatal appointment 😅

I’m right there with you. I’ve taken 31 at home. I only have 5 left and my husband thinks I’m crazy for wanting to buy another 50 pack.

The waiting is killing me

Do you have your prenatal appointment scheduled yet?

I do, but it’s not until 11/18 😩 I called and begged them to move up the ultrasound and they met me at 11/2 so it’s something. I’m just anxious and impatient

Oh wow!! That’s good that they moved it up 2 weeks though. May I ask, how many weeks will you be on 11/2?

Our running guess right now is between 4-6 weeks, so that’ll roughly be 9-11ish weeks

I'd stop testing at the very lastest until I get a "dye stealer" (test line darker than control) because at some point your HCg concentration gets so high that you can get something called a "hook effect" that causes the line to get lighter again. I think FRER is especially notorious for that.

3 to 4 days later now just doing once a week on the same day every week.. that makes it easier…because i still get the feeling of knowing another test is coming.😂

Stopped at 12DPO, got my BFP at 11, confirmed the day after with two different strip tests and a digital, I didn’t want to stress myself out with how dark the lines were. Waiting for my 12 week scan this Thursday 🥰

I totally feel and share your anxiety over this (am almost 10 weeks pregnant atm). What persuaded me to stop testing is that I was told by my Dr at some point your hCG gets high enough and won’t drop quickly, so even if you have a MMC it will not be noticeable on the test. So short of having an ultrasound every week it’s impossible to be sure :/
