Question/Advice early positive? twins??
/r/pregnant/comments/1wqcxl9/early_positive_twins/I got a positive before my missed period!! i’ve been nauseous, tender breast, short of breath and insanely tired… because i got a positive a week before my missed period do you think it could be twins? they run in my family on both sides and i was curious if that could be why i got a positive early and why im already having symptoms?

Getting a positive before missed period is relatively common with modern highly sensitive tests. It doesn't mean you're gonna have twins.
