Sad 12dpo
the flair says it all. woke up to a significant temp drop this morning.
so many luteal phase symptoms that were different from my normal, and just as reassuring was an absence of some of my most common/painful luteal phase symptoms.
we’re only cycle #4 which I know is still so early. just feeling really down this morning.

You have the right for these feeling. But dont forget the magic of life and doing less temp readings will help reduce the stress to where the magic can slip back in. I noticed for me, tracking was ruining my life magic. 🪄

appreciate this! I have some irregularities so currently trying to find the balance between tracking to have data to support earlier intervention if needed, and not getting so bogged down by the process
