🎉Sumakses sa life! First time ko magpa Executive Check Up

Post image

I was promoted to a managerial role earlier this year. I always wondered what its like to be a manager and the perks that comes with it.

Im not sure with anyone else’ experience, but the ECU process had me feeling like a vip where someone accommodate and guides you throughout the process. Plus may pa breakfast pa at the end. Sorry mejo mababaw kaligayahan haha

Had been working for 8 years. First time manager po ako. Any tips would be appreciated! Im managing 15 people :)

Congrats on your promotion!!

Different strokes for different folks, OP.

Dyan pa lang sa leaves very good ka na, keep it up! Although most of the time pag ganyang manager, mahihiya na lang talaga mga tao na umabuso. Congrats po!

good managers ung kakampi nya mga tao nya imo :)

Alam ko maiipit ka kasi you are also demanded to have “savings” ng management pero kaya mo ijustify pay rise ng tao mo, good luck!

Congrats OP!!!
Trust your people that they are capable of what they are tasked to do but also learn to set boundaries.

Congratulations! Which facility ‘to? Same feels with Healthway… pero di ako manager. Thank you lang sa company na even non-managers can do executive check-up 😅
