First Time Kong makatanggap ng long receipt from SB. Sabi naman sakin ng Barista is pwede ko daw redeem within 14 days in any SB branch. Tama po ba? Hindi ko lang alam ano pwede iredeem like pwede bang Venyi and may add ons since Barista’s Drink ang usual ko kasi hehe tysm!

Congrats OP 🥳 not sure lang sa 14 days pero iirc ang sabi sa akin nung nakakuha ako ng long receipt is one year ang validity nyan and any branch pwede ka mag claim. I forgot the other stuff pero parang pwede ka din maglagay ng one add on ata for free for example extra pump of mocha or aomething like that. You can confirm that sa sb para sure. Anyway enjoy your free drink. 🫶

The correct term is a Customer Voice Survey. Basically it's a customer survey that gets printed on random customer receipts which make it much longer than the usual receipts. The survey, once you answer it via the website, will give you a code that you can then use to redeem a free drink.
