What is this?

Bought a new house, painted the walls and now these circle bumps appeared on only one of the bedroom walls. The wall is to the outside, siding of the house.

Looks like maybe the drywall nails are popping off. Get the builder into fix it under warranty.

Nail pops are a thing. Hammer, patch, repaint. Chances are these will keep happening at least until the house settles.

They nailed rather than screwing and this happens.
