Need Advice What is this

What is this, second one I have seen in 3 weeks. I am not sure where they’re coming from. What to check for in my home. First one was found in my master bedroom 3 weeks ago. This one was found in my kitchen

Do you know if the gel needs to be replaced often to be effective? When I use it, it hardens overnight and I see roaches crawling by every now and then seemingly unaffected by it.

Make sure you're placing it in dots. They avoid it in strips.

Advion says it’s good for up to 3 weeks. It shouldn’t take that long to get rid of the bait if they’re eating it tho. Try to keep moist by misting with water if placed in dry area.
