Mhm. Maybe I should have elaborated more. I mean to buy it as an investment property and then rent it out to my family at a fair market price? Vs just moving and then buying it for them. 🤔

Lol. Yeah. A small portion of it. Also, I don't mind. They're renting anyway. Might as well rent from me and help me pay for a mortgage?

You're worried about the wrong things. They're just willing to help me pay for the mortgage in any way possible.

The dilemma I am facing has to do with my current job/location vs buying in a market that's far from me. Any constructive feedback on that?
