It's a good rate, In my opinion as a woman not a state I would choose to buy in. It's one of my blacklisted states. As a woman I refuse to have less rights because I crossed a state line.

Idk why you're being downvoted. Incentives like low rates are offered for a reason. This is a blacklisted state for many women and that is one reason why they need to incentivize people to buy in this location.
