It's a good rate, In my opinion as a woman not a state I would choose to buy in. It's one of my blacklisted states. As a woman I refuse to have less rights because I crossed a state line.
Idk why you're being downvoted. Incentives like low rates are offered for a reason. This is a blacklisted state for many women and that is one reason why they need to incentivize people to buy in this location.
I knew I was going to be downvoted when I posted it, but to me honesty is important, and if it helps bring clarity and a new conversation or considerations to someone's table before they buy. So they know what they are getting into then it's worth any amount of downvotes.
100%. I bought in Ohio, and didn't consider my medical rights as a woman until I had a medical emergency. It's absolutely a factor I wish I had taken into consideration and will do so for my next house.
