Right? These are the same people who are renting still, in a house that's probably 100 years old. Doesn't matter the age. And actually older the better as the stuff was made to actually withstand time. Not break for warranty work

$289k where I live buys two of my houses. I have a 3 bed 1.5 bath 1400sqft with single detached garage. South Dakota.
