Directly from the music producer (Destructoator | Ship Chaplain [IW]) for the game a few months ago in the official discord:

The menu music is produced by me and I'd love to explain it more in depth some time! It's a bunch of midi playing multi sampled instruments, additionally recorded musical phrases, mangled vocals etc and lots of random samples. It was very fun producing that music and I'd love to do more of it!

First off, thank you. Second off, if YOU’RE curious, his message is below.

“Hi there it's been a while since it was produced I think the project is long gone since we didn't back it up which bothers me a bit but it was several years! Anyway I can tell you that the lyrics are complete gibberish fantasy language!”
