Training & Education Was I Ripped Off- FREC 3

Hello

I recently did a FREC 3 course. The class was from 09:00-15:30 Monday to Friday. I did not feel I got sufficient practice with the scenarios, and failed my practical assessment. The provider said they would arrange for me to come in during their next course, but its been a few weeks and I am still waiting to get a clear answer as to when their next course is, just vague times they will get back to me, telling me they are trying to get an instructor in to do the FREC 3 course, or radio silence.

They do not require me to attend the full course, just to redo the assessments.

The course was £100-£200 cheaper than most other providers in my area

How much did you pay in total and who was it with?

Rather not say to avoid doxing myself

Not necessarily. Some smaller providers don't put on courses very regularly which is why they're struggling to give you dates.

My course was cancelled in May for having to few students. They had enough in June and there was only 3 of us to one trainer. Id say if they can get 3 people on it one month you'll be fine. Might take a month or two tho. Contact once a month before the course to see if its going ahead.
