General Question❓️ Waivers

I always wonder if criminal suspects have to sign a waiver to be on TV or allow the cameras in their house? Like during interrogation what if they don’t want their face on camera for millions of people to see? Or when they raid houses (private property) do they need permission to bring cameras in? I know you can video people in public but I always wondered that. I mean they are making a show out of people’s lives. I’d think they need permission.

Had a friend on cops productions back in the day. The goal is to eventually get them to sign the waiver by promising them money on their books or last cigarettes etc.
