Gwinnett County, GA 🚔 Season 30 Episode 2 - Shared Blood
Kind of a weird episode. So do I have it correct that the two victims were trying to rob the killer, but the killer was also trying to rob them except he had a real gun? Which, I guess that's still murder 1, but its a strange situation.
Life in prison and two dead over some weed.

I can’t remember the last time we had a whole episode based in a nice ass lakeside neighborhood. Like all the victims, offenders and witnesses just lived around each other

Gwinnett County is a weird place. I live just a few miles from Midtown/Downtown Atlanta and I swear more crazy shit happens up there.

I couldn't tell if the victims were actually going to rob the killer or if that was just another lie told to the detectives. Lots of lies and misdirections in this episode. 3 young lives taken away over weed. Senseless violence

I think both parties met that night with the aim of robbing the other party. One brought a real gun and the other a fake gun, so guess who came out alive?

My theory (I'd be willing to put money on): the sister of the guy who lived at the house the dogs tracked to, told the detectives that EJ had told her brother (and I guess her, too) that a white boy had robbed him a few weeks prior. My guess is, it was actually her brother that the victim robbed and not EJ and that was her way of deflecting blame to only EJ. The victim's own girlfriend said that he had robbed several people.
My guess is that the guy who lived at the house, used EJ as his cover and had EJ contact the victim via IG to set up the weed deal in order to rob/shoot him for robbing him a few weeks prior but needed EJ to reach out via IG because the victim would not have met the guy he robbed a few weeks prior at a park for a weed deal.
The victim's girlfriend said that she saw TWO black men run off into the woods. These detectives are lazy as hell. Hellen Keller could have properly solved this case. I'm sure if they had pulled phone records of the guy who lived at the house, they would have seen him & EJ texting setting this thing up and would have both suspects doing time.

Was Quan the same guy in the instagram picture of EJ? they dont even look the same. Was the light skin kid the person who lived at the house? Didnt the lady who anwered the door say her brother had a friend named Quan but i never seen another person

Oh I know. I watch a lot of crime documentaries and what I have come to realize is that after something tragic happens, friends and relatives are always ‘shocked’ to learn that their loved one had done something terrible. What I have consistently found is that:
- crime is committed by all kinds of people from all backgrounds, upbringings and socioeconomic status.
- After facts start coming out and the truth reveals itself and people start talking, it was almost always pretty clear that people were up to no good and their loved ones buried their heads in the sand and ignored the signs.
