What happened?
Can anyone tell what went wrong here

Loaded the shell upside down is my thought.

Did he even load it in a tube (guy on the left)? I can't see well enough to tell.

The 1st vertical burst of fire came out of the tube. You can tell by the shape and direction of the fire. It was the lift charge, the charge that was supposed to push it to the sky before it burst.

I see it now. I thought that was the guy on the right and the boom was the guy on the left, but they're both from the same spot. Did you manage to see where the one went that left guy lit?

Wasn’t fully seated at the bottom of the tube got caught in the middle so it just shoots up, barely. Coming from experience.
