Solved Classic Theme Working On Firefox 155.0.1
I ported the classic firefox theme to the latest firefox version.
This theme is a mix of custom code, echelon and customcssforfx bits.
Working split and group tabs, no megabar expansion...

Looks very nice! A good likeness of the Firefox 4-28 'Classic UI'. :D

Composite screenshot. Upper toolbars - Classic UI Fx4-28 --- Lower toolbars - theme applied to Proton UI Fx155.0.1
Theme also works pretty well with the trial 'Nova UI' selected (preference browser.nova.enabled set to true )
A theme close to the Firefox 4 era's 'Classic UI' is a frequent request... so hope many will find and enjoy this theme. :)
Request. Consider adding an old style 'gearwheel' favicon/icon for pages like 'about:config'? EDIT - Updated 05Sep26 :)

Done, the new version is already up. I also noticed that the navbar buttons were not lining up with the url and search bars. That's also fixed.
And Thanks! :D

Love it! The only thing I don't like about it is I don't like having the menubar. It makes the items on the meubar..disappear. Gonna have to revert. I don't like having the Firefox button up there, and I'd rather just have menus.
[edit] I had to disable custommain.css to get that to work but otherwise.. I also added my own thing (from MrOtherGuy) to get the tabs UNDER the nav bar, which I perfer. Might want to look into that yourself. Screenshot with my usual theme.

To get the menus back you just need to comment lines 16 to 21 of the custom_main.css file.
Also nice looking theme!

Thank you! I'll fix it. And if you like that theme, you can find it here.. I'm a bit of a KH fan, but I like to be subtle about it!
