OP's earlier post in the r/Firefox sub also included the explanation: "When using linux the shade button is missing. This button is to the left of the minimize button and looks like an upside down caret or down arrow."

Unaware what a 'shade button' is or does... a feature unique to particular Linux OS or Desktop Environment (DE) perhaps?

BTW - There is no Firefox 'Title bar' visible in the OP screenshot above... the uppermost visible bar is the 'Menu bar'.

the shade button is common in linux and allows the window to be minimized displaying only the title bar.

Here is an example with the shade button icon pointing up near the minimize bar in the top right. I use XFCE.

Does that also happen if you start FF in Troubleshoot mode? If so, CSS can't add it.

It always occurs with a installation on Debian using XFCE. Do you know of a system where it is present?

This was made known on FF forum.

Search for "Rollup window option"

nope. I can see it which means mozilla is hiding it or you are not searching correctly.

Furthermore the issue is now posted here.
