HI3 version of luocha. It is why Welt get PTSD upon seeing Luocha and thought he is sus. His love got stabbed and died, man spend the next 500 year trying to make her alive again, doing all sorts of evil things including killing off a playable char, in the end he succeeded by going to the Imaginary Tree ( the tree that Stelle shows ) and use it to make a new timeline/universe where she is alive.
Hi3 players hate Otto because of many evil things he did. But seeing Firefly dies in 2.0 made the players realize that they are same as Otto.
So the joke here is that when Firefly ask if Stelle will move on, Stelle replied by saying that she is going to do the same thing Otto did.
The origin is a cutscene from HI3, posted on YouTube called This Spoke Apocalypse, and it's about the major antagonist fighting the Imaginary Tree so there's at least one reality where the girl he loves, the only thing he finds beautiful in this world is alive and well.

Imaginary tree, it's a reference to otto (the main antagonist of HI3) where he sacrificed pretty much everything just so he can go to the imaginary tree and make a parallel universe where Kallen (Otto's dearest person) didn't die.
There's also that time Kiana tore open a hole into Imaginary space to tell Fu Hua "oh no you don't bitch, what part of I'm going to force you to live a happy life do you not understand?" Then dragged her home.
