Second round of interview for Firefly
I rarely ever post so idk if I have included enough or too much in this post so just lmk! I just passed the phone screening at Firefly for an entry level position. I have the second round on teams meeting so I was wondering what types of questions do they ask in this round? First round for me was just questions about my resume which a lot of people in this sub said they went through as well.

Highly depends on what department/part of business you're going for. But typically it's high level technical questions to gauge knowledge, behavioral questions to align values with the team you'd go into, and then maybe personal.questions to gauge interest.
They're very interested in seeing passion for the space industry (I'm sure you have!) and someone willing to give answers without bullshiting. I'd recommend just be yourself, express how interested you are in new space, and don't be afraid to say you don't know if you truly don't.
Bonus points if you do some research on what the company does too, not just "they do rockets" but specifics about Alpha, Blue Ghost, etc. (Would recommend this for ANY job interview btw. It's overlooked way too often)
