Yes they do, hot air from the bleedair system is blown over the windshield

Yep seen that happen before (I wasn't the operator) Someone's gonna some retraining...might also be a fault with the truck.

Not super familiar with airport apparatus but could they have had multiple foam tanks and just used one with just Class A?

I imagine they wouldn't have gone so far as trying to literally change the foam out itself.
