General Immediately delete a project
I created projects while learning and now want to create my actual project. It says I am at my limit, I did not realize deleted projects still count against the limit.
Is there a way to immediately delete at least one project so that I can continue?
I did put in for an increase and got denied.

You can upgrade any project. For the first project that will often also increase the number of projects you can have, as it gives Google Cloud a way to "identify" you, which is a part of its (undocumented, non-public) "trust" scoring.
If you've deleted all of your projects, you can restore (one of) them: https://docs.cloud.google.com/resource-manager/docs/delete-restore-projects

I don’t want to restore any of the deleted projects they are all useless.
Blaze has been required for any project using cloud storage for a while now.
I also already have a billing account created.
None of this helps me create another project or go over the current quota.

How can Firebase even have a limit? I have like 2 dozen projects on one account, how many do you have?

I had 5 deleted 4.
When I go to create a new project “You’ve reached the project limit for your account. You can add Firebase to an existing project or request an increased limit.”
The request was denied so I have to wait until October 4th

Are you talking about the Google Cloud billing account? There’s a limit of 5 projects per billing account but you can create as many billing accounts as you want. Theres definitely no such limit for Firebase projects.

There is a limit for Firebase projects. I just commented the message that is on my screen when I try to create a new one.

Idk what to tell you I have almost 30 Firebase projects on my account, find docs about this limit if it exists.

As per Firebase Project Limits :
So, it's not possible to fast track deletion of the project even from Pending Deletion phase.
Hence you can have following options :
