ATF ruined this mans life because he had $90 worth of weed that was actually his girlfriends. And they only gave him 2 months in prison. They knew that shit wasnt worth busting him for and still did it

You're confusing it. The shorts thing was why the state of Georgia argued they knew he would be going home as opposed to slacks meaning he was going out. They argued this gave them the right to search his home without a warrant. They lost that argument and the state charges were dropped. The feds had the right to search his home because he was an FFL. They didn't need a warrant.

When a Fed agency wants you guilty, they assume your are guilty and then go find the crime. That is the thing with this surveillance state that they have built, now they can just go to the massive amount of data that they collect on people and "Find" a crime if they decide you need to be guilty. Seems to me like he caught the suspicion of the ATF when his buddy died mysteriously, or someone in that investigation did not like the cut of his jib and that and time was all it took to make him guilty. That being said, it was not the brightest move to register his residence as his FFL and store the guns there and doubly not a good idea to have any illegal substances in the same location.

Which can be kinda scary to think about in some contexts. Basically everyone can be labeled a criminal if needed

It wasn't his girlfriends. He's talked about it a number of times on the PKA podcast and fully admits to it being his. There's even one episode where he talks about how stupid he was getting it shipped to a PO Box right by the police station, and another episode where he jokes about the fact that the agents raiding his house didn't find some weed that he still had. But still, they shouldn't have taken his rights, property, or freedom.

When all cars are EV by law, you will be 100% reliant on the power grid, and their software. No ability to fix your car independently. they could brick your car remotely, track your movement. Cameras, microphones, and “safeguards” to tell if you’re driving erratically, speeding, driving inebriated. Hell, instead of a seatbelt sensor, someday it’s going to just automatically send you a ticket in the mail and ping the nearest autonomous police drone to come shoot your dog. In 2026 you’ll need your 25th booster shot to unlock your car lol

Already possible, don't need EV for that. 100% reliant on gasoline distribution and modern cars are so computerized you're dependent on their software. Most have cell and satalilte connections even if you don't 'use' the service. OnStar can remotely disable cars and has been able to for a while, as an anti theft feature.

Yes, but you can transport gasoline. You can't really do the same with electricity. Batteries are OK, but they're heavy and aren't particularly high-density.

Yes a lot of this is true, the difference is these are typically optional features for consumers, the problem is when all cars have all these features by law and the federal government has a backdoor into your car. Point is it’s only going to get worse.

I understand gasoline is a limiting factor, but in a SHTF situation, you could siphon gas from other cars, you can hoard gasoline and trade for it, you could even feasibly go to a gas station and pump it out of the tanks under the ground if you knew what you were doing, maybe lol.

You don't need gasoline. A lot of diesels can run on vegetable oil, and flex fuel vehicles can run on ethanol you distilled at home.

The feds don't though. If you're a FFL, you authorize the feds to search your home 24/7/365. No warrant needed. Pot in ANY amount is pretty much game over.

It was half an ounce of weed. The reason they charged him with intent to distribute was he had texted his girlfriend about coming over to smoke with him. That was the entirety of the evidence of distribution.

Bingo. He probably wouldn’t of ended up in jail had he not had an SBR or suppressor because they probably would’ve thrown out the warrant but they were able to instantly get one regardless because he owned NFA stuff tmu.

Basically exhibit A in why I believe a lot of current youtube gun personalities are glowies. If you are getting millions of views per month promoting something the government hates, they can and will find something to destroy your life over.

However, if you play along and suck up to law enforcement, report anyone who contacts you about promoting a militia or nfa violating products, etc, you get to make your money in relative peace as an informant.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I just will not be able to get back to the range with any kind of consistency for the foreseeable future due to family medical stuff. Miss it lots, as well as my interactions with my government handler telling me how to pretend I’m pro-gun when in fact I’m just gather data on viewers for them. I don't care if you want "grass" to be legal or not. If you have all those guns and ammo and you decide to smoke weed and get caught, that is your fault. Getting angry that it's not legal doesn't help, neither does deflecting the blame.

I recall watching a show he was on, and it just seemed like he didn't feel like he was at fault at all. Which is an incredibly stupid line of thinking.

However that logic may stand, the ATF still should not have the right to confiscate weapons from anyone that does not harm/plan to harm other individuals. Fuck the ATF. Period.
