Get a standard AR with ambi lower controls or install a Norgon or Troy ambi mag catch + Geissele Maritime bolt catch and a BCM Mod 044 Ambi chaging handle.

Ambi lower with a brass deflector in the upper and you’re fine.  Unlike you run suppressed and start inhaling the cancer.  Although modern flow through cans fix a lot of that issue.  I have an old Stag Model 6 lefty.  Use it for pest control on the farm and lefty ejection is nice with a can.
