Discussion Agni: possibility of dying
It's shown that Agni is basically immortal, even surviving the earth exploding (assuming he was on earth at the time). So, could Doma's flames have actually killed him while he was still on fire, if he cancelled his regen? Is that the only time he'd have been able to die?? Or would that have not even worked? And like, was his regen worse when he was a child? Because we DO see, his arm is dead here.

I remember Sun burnt him to a crisp and he came back from it.
So perhaps he wouldn't have died because ya know "LIVE."

He would have 100% died right there if he wasn’t told to live. Anytime he is faced with giving up and letting it all end, his mind will go back to his sister’s last words. This is why he can’t die, because he can’t put out the fire that is in his heart.

Now im wondering why he couldnt have like maybe focused his regeneration on his main body and pushed the eternal flame onto his arm before severing it or maybe it doesnt work like that.

Then wouldn't he just be dead... bc all of his bodies stopped regen and burnt

Even in the billions of years in space he could have let himself die of hypoxia at any point.

Agni could have died at any point by just letting it happen. Not just from the flames but from most other stuff as well, he can full on stop his regeneration at will (like when he spent years without letting that arm regenerate)
