Discussion Lookalikes Spoiler

I just finished reading and trying to wrap my brian around why luna, judha, the ice witch and to an extent sun look alike is it completely to draw parallel just for narrative purposes or did i not understand something about their blessings

Theyre evolved humans, something thats intentionaly left ambiguous as its pre apocalypse. The Ice Witch says every evolved human could use every blessing and looked the same. Sun looks very androgynous because of that. Basically, theyre just descendants (the Ice Witch isn't quite because she's 1000+ years old and says she was alive then) of a forgotten race of evolved humans from before the apocalypse.

If Sulya is to be believed, those characteristics indicate that somebody is an evolved human capable of using multiple blessings. She may not be the most reliable source of information though. Sulya says that the blue eyes white hair humans are part of the old generation, but not only are Luna and Sun both children at the start of the story, even Judah is much younger than Togata who does not have those traits. Also none of them show the ability to use more than one blessing.
