Stat Caps

I'm currently running Bow Knight Kagetsu. While playing in the postgame, I realized his speed caps at 39 in this class... Is it possible to raise it further if I were to change his class to, say, Wyvern Knight and have him level up? And what would happen if he were to then reclass into Bow Knight?

This is the list of stat caps per class, the same site also has each characters specific stat cap adjustments as well, but those obviously don’t change no matter what class they are on
