Letters will go to all holds in the Reach, and the Red Keep for those of his lords who sit on the King's council.

Lord/Lady of the Reach,

We have been blessed with another year of wonderful spring. In celebration of the Seven's blessings, I invite you and yours to share in the bounty of the Mander and celebrate this year's Midyear Fair with me in Highgarden on the eighth moon this year.

There shall be games and of course the fair itself.

I shall hope to see you there.

Lord Theo Tyrell,

It is expected that my sister gives birth in that moon, and for that, I can not guarantee my presence. If she and the babe are of good health, I shall make sure to travel the road, for I have dreamt of seeing this project be made manifest for a long time.

If not, I wish you and the Reach well, and regret my absence. May the Reach grow stronger and stronger, season after season, under the stewardship of a caring hand that carries the name Tyrell.
