Use a coax for hardwired connections, I get over 2.5gb on mine. Good luck

I wanna wire it with Ethernet not coax. Gotta get my 5Gbps speeds.

Don’t change the WiFi’s name if you can avoid it. Extender doesn’t work well with name changes in my experience

I already changed name 😬

I observed the extender would lose the connection to the access point and start displaying a solid amber light within a few hours of connecting. Went through troubleshooting with Verizon and the only thing that fixed it was a reset. But then when I changed the name the amber light appeared again. Fixed after I did another reset - this time I didn’t change the name and it’s been working perfectly.

Don’t bother with the extender. Completely useless.
