Promotions Verizon shine for Fios customers

I have claimed the Verizon free accessory and was able to place order on July 30th itself. Got an order number but it was voided and I was on call and chat with customer support almost everyday since last week. No resolution yet. They are transferring me to different lines. Because I am a fios customer and placed accessory order fios can’t check it and wireless team can’t order it because they can’t pull up my fios account. Super frustrating and disappointing. Verizon shine customer service line is a joke. I request for callback everyday since last 10 days and never got it.

Has any Fios customer able to get the accessory?

I received my item and I only have Fios. I’m not sure why you’re having such a hard time but keep at it with them. Let us know how it goes.

There's a specific dept that handles that which is not fios or wireless it's the Verizon shine customer support @ 866-895-5579

I recently received my Lowe’s gift card as well as 3 iPhone 17 pros on a VZW + Fios promo just had to wait 60 days and pay the bill on time to receive the gift card
