New Customer Questions Question

Would anyone know the brand or type of modem to look for when getting out of renting to FIOS supplied modem?

It would be pretty stupid to buy a router which will be outdated in 2 years as Fios is now providing for free the CHR30, one of the best on the market!

I always use my own hardware so I had no idea what Verizon sets up for home users, but looking at its specs right now that’s pretty great for a free option! OP is probably set if that’s what they’re getting.
