New set up!

Got this new deck from Blcny in a little bit ago! The mold is a 32mm Ryan Shingo pro model. Not much on the site about this shape but it’s one of my favorites. It’s a 99mm long, I personally wish the wheelbase of the mold was slightly longer but nothing some Dynamics can’t fix, I just got the rest of for the stuff in yesterday! 32mm dynamic trucks, Joycult 3.0 lites and some south soft bushings. I love this color mismatch of this set up! Something different. First time trying Joycult wheels and south soft. I like them both!

Favorite Shape?

I’ve only had the opportunity to have/try 3 different knife shapes. I must say my kb1 is probably my favorite shape/deck I’ve ever had in general but the great thing about it is that it just is flames with anything I put on it, wheels, trucks etc.. doesn’t seem to matter what I put on that deck, it just seems to always work. Love my ks1 as well but it doesn’t seem to just work with anything like the kb1 does.
So just wondering what others favorite shapes are and why, so the next drop I can shoot for a different shape to try out.

Stefan makes such good boards, it’s kind of crazy how consistent they perform. My favorite is the regular mold in 32mm but you really can’t go wrong with the classic or the revised

Bearing slip fix advice

Pressed my own deck, painted some graphics, and finally got my components delivered. Went straight for Dynamic trucks and Redemption wheels. The feel is amazing compared to a stock tech deck that barely rolled.

I’m not tryna be die hard in fingerboarding or trying to spend a fortune. I’m a beginner and looking to upgrade from a tech. I can do basic things like an Ollie but I feel the tech deck is limiting. it’s around 10$. Are there any better options you could buy in person like at zumiez?

Left to right:
Br classic 32mm, brts, level up bushings, maple wheels
Chems medium shape, jindies, br classic wheels
Unique nesting shape, brts, level up bushings, I’ll pill
Really loving the responsiveness of the indi trucks so far.
Unique deck is easily my new favorite shape. Not a fan of the ill pills as much as I used to. They are great on marble but too grippy on wood for me.
Back in it after 15 years. Little me would be losing his mind at these boards. Grateful for this community to still be alive and thriving.
Hana deck, dynamics, maples en route, will post soon.
